Welcome to your Confessional! This is where you can post your thoughts on the game so that Portia and I can keep up with what everyone is thinking! The more you post, the better your chances of making it on to an All-Stars season! This is also where you will eventually make a Voting Thread where you will place your vote each time you go to Tribal Council.
Once the game starts, you will make a bootlist with ALL 17 of the contestants in the game. 1 being the person you'd vote out first, 17 being the person you'd vote out last. You can update this bootlist whenever you wish, but it must contain all of the contestants in the game! It will be used to avoid self-voting at Tribal Council, and it may be used in future twists!

Dear Diary, Today I began a thrilling journey to the bleak and barren wastes of the Arctic Circle. It's sure to be a very curious and odd sort of adventure, but those are the sort of adventures that I like best. When I got off the boat, I found out that there were seventeen other people who'd all signed up for the adventure. They're all perfect strangers right now, but I should think that within a few days of being huddled together for warmth, we shall all become the best of friends! Here are my initial thoughts on my travelling companions: I don't see Betty being long for this world. Usually those who play as her are wont to fade away and die in the early stages of the game. I've yet to meet Miss Theron, but she does seem somewhat familiar. I look forward to meeting her in the future. I love Chris Farley, both the actor and the person playing him. He and I have agreed not to work together in this game. We shan't be going after one another until it's necessary to do so, but we certainly won't be planning anything long term. I haven't a clue who this is. Emma is glorious. She is one of those people who makes every game more interesting just by showing up. She's a comedian, a challenge dominator, and a smooth-talking manipulator. The only things that could possibly bring her down are stupid people and/or people who've heard about her prowess and fear her potential. If she can overcome those two things, she's destined for greatness. <3 For the most part, interacting with Mister Leicam is a lot like snogging. When it's good, it's very good. But it's usually awkward, there's a lot of fumbling, and it's over far too soon. As with an awkward first-time snog, it's very hard to tell what the other person is thinking, and I have no idea whether Guilherme is a friend, a foe, or a friend of a foe. Either way, I'm going to have to do my best to keep from letting her discover who I am, because that shan't have any sort of a happy ending. I haven't any opinion on Mister Hayes. Jennifer Lawrence is a hilarious person, and I will be quite upset if this person ruins her. I'm not a fan of Miss Chaerin. I get a very odd vibe from her, if only because she claims to be from Poland, and reminds me an awful lot of someone I know who picks random European countries to pretend to be from in every game that they play. If she is who I think she is, she also may have underground connections to Mister Leicam, and that's something I absolutely need to keep my eye on. While I doubt that I will make a move against her in the early game, I will nonetheless be watching her very carefully and making certain that she doesn't get too powerful. Mister DiCaprio ignored me when I attempted to say "Hallo" to him. I was quite offended. I enjoy Mister Macklemore quite a bit. He seems very friendly and approachable, and he's very easy to converse with. If there's anybody whose loyalties will come in handy in the days ahead, it would certainly be him. My intuition tells me that Miss Smith will likely become inactive in the near future. Those who fail to achieve basic tasks like, "create an AIM account" are usually not up to the task when it comes to... well, anything else. Mister Freeman seems very interesting. I certainly feel as though I've met him before, though I'm hard-pressed to figure out exactly where. Either way, he seems like an interesting fellow, and I'm saddened not to have him on my tribe. I was originally very excited when I heard that someone named Nicki would be accompanying us, because I had been hoping to run into my old friend Nicki Minaj. Unfortunately for me, it turns out that she won a million dollars on an excursion to outer space, so she's got far more important things to do than go gallivanting around in the snow. Still, Miss DeLoach is someone I think I can work with, so that's a plus. I love Mister Stiles for his character choice alone. He is an excellent improvisational comic, and a hilarious human being. I certainly hope that this person will do him justice. Who? If he's half as strange and dynamic as his real-life counterpart, he and I shall get along famously. Mister Hanyu is another fellow that I approach with extreme caution. I'm dimly aware that he is capable of being a good ally, but I also know firsthand that he's incredibly capable of being one of the worst allies you could possibly ever have. Only time will tell!

Emma, you accidentally created a thread in the entire confessional board instead of your Emma Watson board alone. I deleted it so nobody could see it and re posted it in here so you didn't have to re write it again :-p I love your intro!
You can create a thread and name it whatever you like again just be sure to make it in your Emma Watson board!

I rather think I ought to just keep my confessional in this thread, since I know it won't accidentally go out to the public.
I was quite thrilled with our performance in today's challenge, and actually pleasantly surprised by the fact that even some of our less stellar members such as Leonardo and Nikki were able to help out. I'm glad that I was able to contribute to our success, since I was on my phone and only had a few moments to glance at the puzzle. I was quite afraid that I wouldn't be able to compete, so it was something of a pleasant surprise to be able to help out with the victory like that. Macklemore was, unsurprisingly, our knight in shining armor who solved the puzzle and gave us the letters we needed, so in reality all credit for the victory is due to him. If I hadn't been mobile and incredibly pressed for time, I would probably have let him cross the finish line first, just to ensure that he would come across as a challenge threat more than myself.
Unfortunately for me, the colossal boo-boo which was my public confessional had the unintended effect of getting me stuck in an alliance with Guilherme and Macklemore, which is an extremely nebulous position to be in. Guilherme saw the confessional, and figured out who I was, which is a very bad state of affairs for me to be in. I don't know that he's silly enough to make a move against me just yet, but I wouldn't put it past him, and I'm going to do everything I can to try and stave off that possibility for as long as possible. If I can keep the Foxes on a winning streak, that'll provide a wealth of opportunities to change things up later if I have to.

Dear Diary,
I'm very happy at how well my little group is functioning. Despite a relatively slow start in which it was essentially Team Emma throwing all of the rocks by herself, we were able to rally together and make it to the finish line ahead of the Snowy Owls, who are rapidly becoming an endangered species.
I was alternately pleased and nonplussed at Guilherme during this last challenge. He put in absolutely no effort whatsoever, which means that if we have to cast someone out into the cold, he's very likely to be the one abandoned. That's a good thing for me, because Guilherme is, as far as I know, the only one who saw my little gaffe with the confessional, and it'd be nice to send him and my secrets to the bottom of the Arctic Ocean once and for all! That would also allow us to keep Nikki, who I think will be a loyal and complacent ally.
Leonardo pleasantly surprised me with his activity. I initially had him pegged as a relatively unhelpful team member, but this might mean the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Macklemore and I were originally thinking of working with Guilherme, but replacing him with Lee or Leo seems to be a much better option for the time being.
I'm also noting those who seem to be threatening on the other teams. Mister Stiles, Mister Freeman, and Misters Farley and Hanyu are all broadcasting an aura of dangerous competence, and I shall have to be very careful indeed.

Dear Diary,
Goodness me, but things have really started to take off.
Being the over-analytical master student that I am, I was deeply suspicious of the potential for the Owls and Wolverines to team up against the Foxes following our moment of vulnerability. It seemed rather obvious, since the three strongest Foxes were now in a susceptible state, that the other teams would see this as a prime opportunity to thwart natural selection and take us down. Given their prowess so far, I suspected that Mister Stiles and Miss Lawrence were the most likely to lead a foxhunt. With this in mind, I approached both Mister Stiles and Miss Lawrence in an attempt to befriend them. I also took the side precaution of casting a special loyalty jinx of mine on Miss Theron - she's very susceptible to my charms.
To his credit, Mister Stiles did set up his ploy quite brilliantly. I got the following PM from Macklemore:
This plan immediately set off a lot of alarm bells for me. The way it was set up, Ryan had made sure that the three of us would be voting against JLaw, which meant that if he tipped her off, our votes would all be nullified, and he could get JLaw to vote with him against one of the three of us by pointing out how heroically he was saving her from being blindsided, then eliminate one of us using the idol. It would be a huge move for Ryan to make, but it would eliminate JLaw's idol, and give him and Betty the ability to choose whether to side with us or JLaw and Charlize, effectually letting them rule the tribe.
It took literally hours of convincing for me to convince Macklemore that we shouldn't go along with this plan. For whatever reason, Mister Macklemore was convinced that I must have an alliance with JLaw, because there was no other reason I should be protecting her, and felt that if we eliminated her this round, we could easily take Ryan out next.
My suspicions were completely confirmed when Charlize told me that Ryan had told JLaw to play her idol tonight. Thankfully Macklemore was persuaded to listen to reason, and set our plan in motion.
We're effectually pulling a triple play. It's quite confusing, but I'll try to explain it as best I can.
I've told JLaw that the votes will go: 4 Leo (myself, Macklemore, her, and Charlize), 1 Charlize (Betty), 2 Betty (Ryan and Leonardo).
JLaw and Ryan both think that this plan is a lie, and that the Foxes think that the votes will actually go: 3 JLaw (myself, Macklemore, and Leonardo), 2 Leonardo (JLaw and Charlize), 1 Charlize (Betty), 1 Betty (Ryan). So, JLaw and Ryan will try to blindside one of us with the idol (most likely me) so they think that the votes will go something like: 3 JLaw (myself, Macklemore, and Leonardo), 3 Emma or Leo (Ryan, JLaw, and Charlize), 1 Charlize (Betty).
In reality, we're flipping the script entirely, and the actual votes should be something along the lines of: 4 Ryan (myself, Macklemore, Charlize, and Leonardo), 2 Emma or Leo (Ryan and JLaw), and 1 Charlize (Betty). Betty might wind up voting for a Fox, I'm not sure how deeply she's involved just now. Either way, Ryan should be going home tonight, hopefully taking JLaw's idol with him.
If this actually pans out the way I expect it to, it should be a huge upset. I do so love a good intrigue.

My apologies for not confessing recently. I've been very ill with an undiagnosed stomach virus of some sort, and it's made it rather difficult for me to summon the energy to write. I'll try to have something up soon.
